4. My City Is A Fort
The Chaffee Crossing Farmers & Artisans Market hasn't been around that long, but it's already planned some great events for the people of Fort Smith. This Saturday, June 12, the emphasis will be on our kiddos with the "My City Is A Fort" fort-building contest. More details are available on the Facebook Page, but here's the short of it.
Groups of 3-4 children in two different age brackets (5-9, 10-12) will work together to win one of the top three prizes using a kit provided at the event. The fun starts at 9 AM and runs through noon.
5. Fort Smith Farmer's Market On Garrison
This is a great week for people who love Farmers' Markets (and the Fort)! In addition to the CCFAM MCIAF, you can hit the north side of town between 7 AM and Noon on Tuesday, June 8, and Saturday, June 12, to see what all the local vendors have to offer. Food, crafts, and fun everywhere! More info here!
