3. Christmas in July Events at the Fort Smith Museum of History

Can you believe we're already over halfway to the Holidays? What better way to celebrate than the Fort Smith Museum of History's children's activities on Friday, July 23 and Saturday, July 24, at 11 AM (Scavenger Hunt) and 1 PM (Kid's Court), both days respectively.

The Scavenger Hunt begins is a clue-driven hunt where kids will meet characters from Fort Smith's past. These friendly but colorful characters will greet the kids with a prize when the clue is figured out and send them on to their next challenge! Kid's Court will be the "Trial of the Big Bad Wolf." Was he guilty or innocent? The kids will decide! Children can be part of the audience or picked for the jury, and a full trial will determine the outcome.

A holiday market will also start on July 22 and run through the 24th. More details here.

4. Christmas in July Street Dance

The Fort Smith Museum of History will be teaming with the Bonneville House and the Clayton House for this Saturday night (July 24) spectacle featuring food trucks, games, activities, and live music. If you didn't get in on the Christmas in July fun Friday or Saturday afternoon, then make sure you're able to capitalize on this one. Starts at 6:30 PM and goes until 10 PM. More details and ticketing information here

5. Pop Up Play Day
