1. Movie Night at the Dive Shop

47 Meters Down will be shown in the Ocean Impact Parking Lot at 2127 S 56th St. on Friday, Sept. 24, starting at 7 PM. Free food, drinks, and popcorn included. All you've got to bring are the chairs! More information is available at this link

2. Duck Day 5K and One-Mile Quack, Waddle, & Run

Duck Day 5K and One-Mile Quack, Waddle, & Run will be held at Ben Geren Park on Saturday, Sept. 25, starting at 8 AM and going through 10 AM. The 5k race will be chipped and timed by JAYMAX Race Timing Service, and begins at 8 AM. Registration will begin one hour earlier. Sign up or learn more at this link.

3. Dixie Belle Pumpkin Painting Class

Get in the spirit of the Fall by painting your own papier-mâché pumpkin using Dixie Belle Paint. Multiple paint colors will be available to choose from at the BrickCity-held event, which takes place on Saturday, Sept. 25, from 1-3 PM. Reserve your spot by messaging The Prickly Pear At Home that you would like to attend, and an invoice ($25) will be sent to you for payment.

4. Arkansas Oklahoma State Fair

The annual Arkansas Oklahoma State Fair will be back in effect from Kay Rodgers Park on Friday, Sept. 24, and running through Oct. 2. This year, Montgomery Gentry will be playing (Sept. 25), and there will be a number of games and rides to enjoy. This is the 85th year of the event, so expect more fun and surprises than usual. 5. Fall Antique Tractor Show

Come out to the Fort Smith Trolley Museum for a fun filled day of Antique Machinery and Trolley Rides on Saturday, Sept. 25, from 9 AM until 4 PM. There will be trains, trolleys, tractors, engine displays, and automobiles. There will also be a working mobile blacksmith shop along with other things of interest. Also, come hungry for the Baby Back Rib sale, prepared by Fort Smith BBQ Pitmasters. All ribs must be pre-ordered and paid for in advance with proceeds going to the Fort Smith Trolley Museum, $25 per rack. More information available by clicking here.
