1. Ivy Threads Christmas Open House

Make the drive to Sallisaw this weekend on one or both days for the all-day Christmas Open House from the folks at Ivy Threads Floral Boutique. There will be great discounts, refreshments, and festive fun. That's Saturday, Nov. 13, and Sunday, Nov. 14. Location is 209 East Choctaw. You can learn more at this link.

2. Coffee With The CALL

There may not be a nobler cause than giving a good home to a child in need. The CALL has been doing that for the kids of the River Valley for a number of years. Get out to Moka Joe's this Friday at 8 AM to learn more about this remarkable group of people and consider becoming one yourself. Click here for more information!  

3. Toddler Music and Dance Party

If you have a toddler that needs to get the wiggles out, Charleston Public Library is here to help! At 10 AM, drop by for a Toddler Music and Dance Party. The event is on Friday, Nov. 12. No quietness and stillness allowed. Click here for more information! 

4. River Valley FC: 3V3 LIVE!

It's a tournament soccer play. All teams are guaranteed four games. Boys, girls, and adults are encouraged to participate, both competitive and developmental skill levels. 5. Veterans Day Parade and Celebration

The Chaffee Crossing Historic District, 7313 Terry Street, invites the region out to come to celebrate our veterans on Saturday, Nov. 13. (And remember Nov. 11 is the actual day!) The parade will be held starting at noon. After that, a food festival with lots and lots of vendors. Click here for more information!
