4. For the Birds Craft
Thursday, Jan. 13, is a good time to visit the Arkansas Game and Fish River Valley Nature Center if you're into birds. At 5 PM, the For the Birds Craft event will give you the tools and assistance you need to build a birdhouse and feeder for your backyard. You can register for the event here.
5. Homeschool Drama Class
Last but not least, the Community School of the Arts will be rolling out its spring semester of Homeschool Drama. This is a wonderful chance to get your children interested in and start embracing the arts. Instructor Cody Walls will be handling the proceedings each week. The class is designed for children in the grade ranges of 5-8. Tuition is $160 for the full semester, which runs from Jan. 13 to March 10.
