1. Xanadu Presented By Future School of Fort Smith

Based on the Universal Pictures cult classic movie of the same title, which starred Olivia Newton-John and Gene Kelly, Xanadu is hilarity on wheels for adults, children and anyone who has ever wanted to feel inspired. It will be playing on July 15 and 16 at The Bakery District starting at 7:30 PM. $10 admission. Click here for more details.

2. Block Party! Presented By Fort Smith Public Library - Windsor

The Windsor Branch of the Fort Smith Public Library is inviting all school-aged children to come by the site on Thursday, July 14, from 2-3 PM and test their building limits. Which path will you go - the Windsor Challenge or a freestyle build of your own? It's up to you, and it's completely free. Click here for more details!

3. STEAM Team Presented By FSPL - Main Branch

On Wednesday, July 13, the Main Branch of the Public Library will be hosting the STEAM Team once again. STEAM Team is a program for children ages 8-12 who have an interest in science, technology, engineering, art, and math. The STEAM Team will have a chance to build fun stuff, be active, make art, and even make a mess! In July, STEAMers can use basic engineering and art skills to create an optical illusion toy called a thaumatrope while learning about vision and how the brain processes visual information.
